The Role

We are seeking a skilled Boutique Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-level technical assistance to clients
  • Registering services and identifying client needs
  • Facilitating Pre-Authorization and Watch Imagery
  • Escalation Management
  • Referencing catalogs, directories, or databases to answer client queries
  • Collaborating with the service centre for service coordination
  • Conducting Warranty interventions, including battery exchanges and repairs
  • Cleaning cases using ultrasonic or steam cleaners
  • Performing partial disassembly and assembly of mechanical and quartz movements
  • Conducting quality control checks on returned watches
  • Maintaining tools and equipment, as well as ordering consumables
  • Daily reconciliation and reporting of CS activities
  • Receiving and registering incoming parcels
  • Conducting weekly stock takes
  • Selling watches when needed
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all product lines
  • Understanding watch technology, including movements, calibres, and their functions
