We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our national team of clinicians providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, promoting optimal health outcomes and return-to-work strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions to identify and address physical and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and best practices in workplace rehabilitation
- Collaborate with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
- Provide education and training to clients and stakeholders on injury prevention, management, and return-to-work strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures related to workplace rehabilitation and injury prevention
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology
- Registration or ability to become registered with ESSA
- A car and valid driver's license
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
