Dynamic Microsoft Solution Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to lead technology solutions using the D365 platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and effective solutions that align with business goals and future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system for retail operations, including ERP and POS.
  • Ensure software and hardware work well together in retail store environments.
  • Align technology solutions with business objectives and explore new features or tools that could benefit retail systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a solution architect with a focus on corporate systems including CRM/ERP.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments.
  • A pragmatic approach with strong negotiation skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
