Risk Management Specialist
Description:We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective risk management processes and frameworks.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development, enhancement, and implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
You will work closely with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and provide guidance on risk-related matters.
Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the Governance, Risk, and Compliance system, ensuring it remains up-to-date and effective.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assess and mitigate risks, providing guidance on risk-related matters.
- Maintain the Governance, Risk, and Compliance system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address risk-related issues.
- 5+ years of experience in operational or financial risk management in banking.
- Influential communication and presentation skills.
- Highly collaborative manner with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering strategic change initiatives to enhance risk management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
