About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at the Bonds Perth Airport Outlet Store.

This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving exceptional customer experiences and helping the team to deliver on budgets and KPIs
  • Succession planning and developing the team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity
  • Executing Visual Merchandising in-store and making commercial decisions
  • Understanding and prioritizing Stock Management processes
  • Coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to team members
  • Analyzing reports to make commercial decisions that drive business results
