Job Description

We are seeking an experienced senior finance leader to deliver high-quality financial management and strategic advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and grant management for various entities.
  • Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and analysis for stakeholders.
  • Provide practical solutions to complex financial issues and improve systems and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to business growth.
  • Deputise for the Chief Financial Officer when required and participate in senior decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Finance Manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reporting, planning, and advice.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, support and develop a small finance team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with attention to detail and the drive to achieve results.
  • Qualified IPA, CA or CPA and significant experience in financial planning, reporting, and control.
