Volunteer Shop Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to help us manage our charity shops and make a positive impact in our community.

This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Welcoming and engaging customers
  • Processing transactions through point of sale
  • Sorting and pricing donations
  • Creating visually appealing displays to attract shoppers
  • Maintaining the shop's cleanliness and tidiness

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A friendly and approachable attitude
  • Sociable and able to work effectively with others
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake any task as required
