About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Community Manager to join our dynamic team at The Flexi Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and developing an unrivalled member experience by driving community initiatives, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive weekly community initiatives to develop connections between members, including member introductions, events, and social media engagement
  • Identify and solve member-related issues to foster a collaborative community
  • Develop and implement guidelines and best practices to ensure exceptional member experience
  • Oversee events to ensure a diverse range of activities for both members and potential members
Business Development, Retention, and Sales
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager and Sales Lead to maintain a 100% occupancy rate
  • Identify promising deals and provide informative tours to drive membership sales
  • Work with internal teams to ensure high retention rates of current members
  • Develop strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and interest for your location
Finance and Administration
  • Analyse P&L reports and conduct variance analysis as required
  • Prepare monthly Manager's Reports and share with relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly invoices and collaborate with the Finance Team
Building Operations and Management
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for new members
  • Oversee operations and maintenance to ensure a high-quality experience for members
  • Ensure all building receipts and documents are up-to-date and documented
Team Management and Development
  • Manage, inspire, and support your team to achieve goals
  • Identify knowledge gaps and provide training and development opportunities
  • Hold regular team meetings to delegate, recognise achievements, and encourage team members
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with three to five years of experience in a customer-facing leadership position, preferably in sales and events. The ideal candidate will be personable, organised, and able to multitask, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
