About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Domestic Assistant to maintain a clean and well-presented living environment for residents, including communal areas, rooms, bathrooms, windows, floors, toilets, and sinks. As a Laundry Service Associate, you will ensure all laundry is cleaned thoroughly and returned to residents within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and tidy living space for residents
  • Ensure all laundry is washed, dried, ironed and folded according to high standards
  • Provide assistance to residents and their families with missing items as required

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field (preferable)
  • Police Check
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • Reliability and punctuality
