The Medical Lead in Gastroenterology is a pivotal position that combines operational and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-lead activities to enhance collaboration among physicians and staff, driving continuous quality improvement of gastroenterology services.
- Strategic alignment with Division Heads and Chiefs of Staff to address professional medical practice issues and ensure effective governance.
- Develop and implement processes to engage physicians and staff in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborative budget monitoring and performance evaluation with Co-Leader, facilitating timely adjustments as needed.
