About the Investment Communications Role

The Investment Communications Coordinator is responsible for creating and disseminating client-facing collateral and investment-related content, including tailored portfolio reporting, market updates, and supporting materials for adviser-client interactions.

This position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure communications are delivered to a high standard, professionally presented, consistent, and on time.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production and distribution of tailored and non-tailored communications (e.g. monthly factsheets, quarterly reports, market commentary)
  • Support the development of investment capability statements and adviser-client presentation materials
  • Proofread and format documents in line with brand standards
  • Coordinate communication timelines and update schedules with internal stakeholders
Cross-Functional Support
  • Provide administrative support for campaigns, content development, and communication projects
  • Liaise with internal departments to align messaging and timelines
  • Maintain templates, contact lists, and other communication tools and resources
