Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist in our Ingham Branch. As the key liaison between our service department and valued customers, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients
  • Utilize strong communication skills – written and verbal – to effectively interact with customers
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar role is highly desirable but not essential
  • Good mechanical understanding is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient workflow
  • Exceptional attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards
  • A strong and reliable work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Current Queensland driver license
