Customer Service Consultant Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Consultant to join our team.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat)

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets
