Senior Solicitor - Criminal, Family and Property Law

We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our team in a senior role.

The successful applicant will work on a diverse range of complex Criminal, Family and Property Law matters, utilising their skills and expertise to deliver high-quality legal advice and representation.

  • Provide expert legal guidance to clients in areas of criminal law, family law, and property law
  • Work on a varied caseload, including court appearances, to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong analytical and research skills to effectively resolve conflicts and disputes
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Employ sound computer skills and ability to produce well-structured reports, court documents, letters and undertake data entry tasks
Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years post-admission experience in litigation, preferably with exposure to complex criminal, family and property disputes
  • Current practicing certificate
  • Proven knowledge of criminal law and family law, with Part IV and Probate experience advantageous
