Job Overview:

As a highly skilled Room Leader and Assistant, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children. With a welcoming environment and collaborative team spirit, we foster an atmosphere of growth, support, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist in the daily operations of our childcare centre.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with national standards.
  • Provide exceptional care and support to children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing professional development, embracing best practices and innovative approaches.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Be eligible for a Blue Card and possess a valid Australian Work Authorisation.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Work Location: In-person work at Eight Mile Plains QLD.

Work Type: Full-time or Part-time positions available.
