About the Role: We're seeking candidates to join our retail team as casual staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and performance goals, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a memorable experience for every customer
  • Support your team to smash sales and performance targets
  • Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
  • Pick and pack online orders
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift

What We're Looking For:

  • Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends and public holidays
  • No prior retail experience is necessary; passion and a positive attitude are key
  • A love for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed
  • An openness to learning and feedback
