Helia is seeking a Digital Risk and Data Enablement Leader to drive its digital transformation strategy.

Digital Risk and Data Enablement

This senior leadership position will be responsible for establishing and leading the enterprise data governance roadmap, designing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies and controls. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in regulatory frameworks, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.

  • Establishing an enterprise-wide data governance framework.
  • Defining data stewardship roles, accountability models, and data literacy initiatives.
  • Leading the development of a comprehensive data quality strategy.
  • Acting as a liaison between business and technology teams.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of data management principles, risk frameworks, cloud technologies, and controls assurance practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • High integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidential and ethical practices.
