Speech Pathologist Graduate Program

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our 12-month graduate program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, supporting adults and children with various presentations.

Program Highlights:

  • Intensive induction program with experienced therapists and clinical supervision for your first 12 months.
  • Reduced caseload for your first three months while you get to know the team and processes.
  • Quarterly professional development with our team of Speech Pathologists across the organization.
  • Monthly coaching from Clinic mentors every month to help you achieve your career goals.
  • Allocated buddy to support you through your induction and beyond.
  • Weekly clinical 1:1 supervision in a safe and supportive environment from an experienced Speech Pathologist for your initial four months progressing to fortnightly and monthly as you develop your skills.

Requirements:

  • Australian work rights.
  • Registration as a Speech Pathologist or eligibility to obtain.
  • Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Police check and Working with Children check or ability to obtain these before commencing work.
