Project Engineering Leadership Role

Lendlease Victoria seeks a senior project engineer to lead the delivery of a long-term project in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will oversee construction planning, productivity, and quality assurance while managing site engineers and ensuring project success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing construction planning and productivity processes.
  • Mentoring junior staff and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Driving collaboration across disciplines and championing innovative solutions.

Requirements for success include:

  • 7+ years of on-site construction experience.
  • Proven track record on large-scale building projects.
  • Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards.
