We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Nightfill Assistant Manager in Training. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our store during nightfill shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the nightfill team to achieve efficient and effective store operations
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
Requirements:
  • Significant grocery retail knowledge and experience in supervising teams
  • Excellent understanding of ordering and cost control, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and communicate effectively with management, team members, and customers
  • Flair for merchandising and commitment to work health and safety standards
