We are seeking a qualified professional to implement and manage effective learning programs for students, assessing individual progress and contributing to the educational leadership of an institution.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational programs, fostering student growth and development, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored learning programs for students based on their unique needs and abilities.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to inform instruction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives and policies that promote academic excellence and student well-being.
Requirements
  • A current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
  • A valid teaching certification within the meaning of the Teachers Registration Act 2000.
  • Compliance with the qualifications established by the Tasmanian Industrial Commission in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award, 2005.
Desirable Requirements
  • A minimum of four years of training as defined in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2005.
