About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Therapy and Leisure Partner. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting the physical and emotional well-being of residents by engaging them in meaningful daily activities.

You will work closely with our allied health team to support residents in maintaining their functional abilities while encouraging them to develop their skills in ways that are personally meaningful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with residents to engage in daily activities promoting physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the allied health team to support resident care plans
  • Ensure safe practices and compliance with Work Health and Safety policies
  • Encourage family involvement in the daily life of residents
