About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning Coordinator to join our APAC team. As a key member of our Global Learning & Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of Aon's strategic plan by deploying and delivering engaging and high-quality strategic learning programs across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program planning and event management, including course setup, venue selection, tracking of program costs, securing facilitators and leaders, and deploying learning surveys to gather participant feedback.
  • End-to-end management of Workday/Learning Management System, including course setup, attendance reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Update regional delivery calendar, track enrollment, and proactively provide program status updates to help flag potential issues and drive participation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with curriculum leads/managers, facilitators, and leaders to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate and host learning programs, prepare facilitators/business leaders to deliver content, and deploy learning programs (virtual/in-person/hybrid sessions).
  • Align and update training materials in conjunction with L&D curriculum managers and actively participate in continuous deployment process improvement within the team.
  • Support other Learning Deployment Team members across APAC by sharing knowledge and providing training when required.
  • Ad-hoc project work to support the implementation of the Learning & Development strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience presenting, facilitating, and training others.
  • Strong customer service skills, including verbal and written communication with all levels within the organization.
  • Organizational skills, including strong planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and proactive, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within a short timescale with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable with asking questions and making decisions autonomously.
  • Ability to navigate through an ambiguous environment.
  • Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Learning Management System (LMS) and Measurement Tools (Workday and Perceptyx preference).
