Immy Hijazi seeks a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team in the Country to Coast Queensland region. This part-time or full-time contract position offers a supportive and flexible working environment with no shift work or after-hours duties.

This role involves collaborating with our Clinical Lead and Operations Manager to provide essential services, supporting clients with severe mental health conditions through direct treatment and coordinated care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based psychosocial interventions. A current annual practicing certificate from AHPRA and tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, or a relevant discipline are essential requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments and creating individualized treatment plans
  • Delivering high-quality psychosocial interventions based on best practices
  • Managing a caseload and conducting risk assessments with management plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities, salary packaging, and employee assistance programs.
