Employment Services Manager

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a multidisciplinary allied health team and make a positive impact through exceptional client care.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing top talent to optimise performance and engagement. You will effectively prioritise key business activities to achieve targets and develop productive customer relationships through prioritisation of customers and their needs.
You will ensure services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards. Additionally, you will achieve revenue and profit targets whilst managing costs and utilise financial analysis and data to effectively plan, budget and troubleshoot.
In line with your Allied Health discipline, you will deliver billable work that meets the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a difference in the lives of our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA
- Experience or knowledge of New Employer Service delivery and ability to drive strong return-to-work outcomes in this service
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
