Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Botanist to join our team in Victoria. This role will involve delivering conservation, impact assessment, and monitoring projects, working with various vegetation types and partners.

You will be responsible for conducting botanical survey work, ecological impact assessments, and ecological monitoring, including designing and implementing monitoring programs. You will also prepare proposals and technical reports for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science with a Botany, Ecology, or Environmental Science major
  • 5+ years of experience conducting vegetation surveys in south-east Australia
  • Strong ability to develop and build upon client relationships
  • Strong botanical identification skills, including experience using dissecting microscopes and identification keys
