We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

  • About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience for customers, exceeding service expectations and making every visit memorable.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To live the company values by following the 4Cs of customer care: Courtesy, Care, Concern, and Commitment.
  • To maximise sales opportunities through legendary customer experiences.
  • To maintain exceptional store presentation to create a positive shopping environment.
  • To sell additional Value Add Products (VAPs) and accessories.

Your Key Attributes:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for fashion footwear and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is desirable.
