Role Summary:

We are seeking a Barista to join our team in Eastland shopping centre. As a key member of our coffee service team, you will be responsible for serving high-quality coffee beverages and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Preparing and serving hot/cold beverages.

  • Ensuring the coffee utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised regularly.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Barista.

  • A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers.

  • Ability to work as a team - when you're not making delicious coffee, you'll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups.

  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.

  • An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • An understanding of Specialty Coffee will be highly regarded.
