Job Overview

We're on the lookout for a team player who can deliver exceptional customer service and support our store operations.

This role involves working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by being approachable, friendly, and helpful.
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including managing stock and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Be flexible with your availability, including working weekends and overnight shifts when needed.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not essential.
  • You'll need to be able to operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends.
