Motorcycle Industry Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team in achieving sales excellence and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in retail management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong ability to motivate and develop teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, implementing effective merchandising strategies, and driving sales performance. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to optimize business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for the motorcycle industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be reporting to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for ensuring financial management and operational standards are maintained at a high level. You will also be expected to drive store KPIs and contribute to the development of new initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations and implement effective merchandising strategies
