Marketing Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Marketing Support Specialist to assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth within the Australia and New Zealand markets.

This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, fitness and lifestyle-focused energy drink brand expanding internationally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials such as brochures, digital assets, signage, and advertisements.
  • Manage social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement.
  • Create engaging content, including video and photo assets, and appear on camera as required.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Update and maintain company website and social media profiles.
  • Support event planning, including trade shows, field marketing, and sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for asset delivery.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and project management.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of marketing or communications experience (internships included).
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Sprout Social, Canva, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills with experience using online analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

This is an entry-level position that requires a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for marketing and social media.

The salary range for this position is competitive and negotiable based on experience.
