About You

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children's Services
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience as a leader in the early years
  • Ability to train and mentor educators

About This Role

Your role as Centre Director will require you to create an inclusive environment for children, families and educators. You will use your interpersonal skills to maintain high standards and provide excellent customer service to families. This is an off-the-floor role, allowing you to focus on developing relationships with children and families, as well as supporting your educators through training and development.
