Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting organizational objectives by implementing effective HR strategies and practices. This position is responsible for coordinating various aspects of HR, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and benefits to employees.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist with performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with managers to resolve employee relations issues and improve communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
