We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Platypus Smithfield store. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, achieving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of passionate sales assistants to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store presentation
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock levels, wage costs, and shrinkage
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and OH&S legislation
