Job Title: Senior Procurement Advisor

As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic procurement advice and support to business units across the organization.

\

Responsibilities include:

\
  • Providing timely advice and support to branches based on procurement needs.
  • Reviewing and managing higher-value and complex procurements and contracts.
  • Providing contract management services for nominated ECSA contracts, monitoring performance against KPIs, and implementing remedial actions as needed.
  • Developing expertise in market approaches, tendering, contracts, procurement options, and strategies.
  • Streamlining delegations and procurement approval and reporting processes using a risk-management approach.
  • Maintaining and communicating up-to-date policy documents, advice, templates, and tips related to procurement.

Knowledge of SA Government procurement policies, ability to develop end-to-end procurement documentation independently, and effective negotiation skills are essential.

Remuneration package includes an annual salary range of $98,478 to $104,165.
