Our Opportunity to You

We are looking for full time and part time Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team. As a Community Care Specialist, you will provide community-based occupational therapy and enjoy flexibility in managing your own schedule.

The Day-to-Day

  • You will provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs.
  • Deliver targeted occupational therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
  • Presume aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes.
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.

Additional Requirements

  • Preferred: Community or hospital OT experience
  • Qualifications: Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
  • Requirement: Valid driver's licence, insured vehicle
