Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Liquor Team Member to join our team in [location]. As a Liquor Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining stock levels, and upholding service standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating special moments.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all products are displayed attractively.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, including assisting customers with purchases and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent support to colleagues.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display initiatives to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with beverage products and knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits would be advantageous.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and stand for long periods.
