We are seeking an enthusiastic Labourer/Spotter to join our team in Eastern Creek. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for hands-on work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure efficient processing line operations
  • Assist in recovering recyclable materials, including bricks, cement, tiles, steel, and timber
  • Identify and address operational issues to maintain line efficiency
  • Perform manual handling tasks such as sweeping, raking, lifting, and cleaning
  • Maintain safety and environmental compliance through proactive identification and reporting of concerns

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A current driver's license and personal vehicle (optional) due to limited public transportation options
  • The ability to safely complete physical tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment
  • Effective communication skills, including visual and verbal abilities
