Job Description:

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of commercial carpet and flooring projects. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing contract documents, negotiating terms and payment conditions, and preparing and managing monthly progress claims and variations.

You will also be responsible for coordinating materials procurement and administering installer and subcontractor teams. This will involve liaising with site teams, consultants, and installers to resolve commercial and contractual issues, as well as tracking project costs and maintaining accurate budgets and forecasts to support financial objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Positive, energetic, and can-do attitude that inspires others
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for clear client communication
  • Collaborative spirit, with a reputation for punctuality and trustworthiness
  • Valid work right (sponsorship available for exceptional candidates requiring a work visa)
