Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in executing daily aspects of the venue's operations.

- Ensure the venue meets all standards through exceptional food and beverage service, guest interaction, atmosphere, and cleanliness.

- Collaborate with different teams and venues to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar high-volume venue.

- Exemplary service skills and standards.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Passionate about people, hospitality, and experiences.

- Strong organisation skills with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team.

- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.

- Must have RSA certificate or be willing to get one.
