Are you seeking a part-time role with 3-4 days of work per week?

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining records and performing key governance duties to ensure legislative compliance.
  • Under direction, coordinating governance reviews and critical documents including Annual Reports, delegations, authorisations, policies, and procedures.
  • Preparing reports and recommendations on governance and policy-related matters for Council.
  • Supporting strategic planning responsibilities by undertaking administrative tasks to guarantee adherence.
  • Assisting the Records Team in conducting Freedom of Information reviews and other tasks when needed.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a relevant administrative position.
  • Experience preparing corporate reports or publications.
  • Skills in coordinating project management such as document and information management.
  • Desirable: Diploma (or equivalent) in a relevant field; a Freedom of Information accreditation; experience in corporate governance support roles, implementing legislation changes particularly Local Government Act; coordinating drafting policies and procedures; ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
