Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our renewable energy generation plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as implementing safe work systems and procedures.

The Operations Supervisor will supervise site activities, including maintenance and repairs, and ensure that all contractors and personnel are working safely and efficiently. They will also review and implement annual maintenance plans, track progress, and identify potential hazards.

In addition, the Operations Supervisor will monitor equipment performance, conduct regular audits, and verify that all site documentation is up-to-date. They will also collaborate with the O&M Contractor to plan corrective maintenance work and develop assurance processes.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
