Lead Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Educator to join our team at Community Kids Griffith Early Education Centre. As a dedicated professional, you will strive to build and maintain a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
About the role: We offer casual work opportunities with flexible scheduling to suit your needs. Whether you're seeking full-time work or part-time hours, we can accommodate your requirements.
Your responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality childcare services to children aged 0-5 years;
- To develop and implement educational programs that cater to individual children's needs and interests;
- To ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in care.
We require applicants to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services;
- An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
- Proven experience working with children in a childcare setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
