Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled trades assistant to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing general skilled labouring tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general skilled labouring tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Assist various trades on site with their work.
  • Work through assigned tasks autonomously, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 months' experience in construction is required.
  • A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with hand tools is essential.
  • Fully-equipped personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.
