We're currently seeking an experienced Investment Manager Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for representing the company at conferences and in the media, as well as acting as a talking head for our internally managed portfolios and affiliate funds.

Responsibilities:

  1. Represent ClearCompany at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
  2. Collaborate with our distribution team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, highlighting the value proposition of our investment solutions.
  3. Work closely with our portfolio managers to ensure seamless communication with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improving client satisfaction.
  4. Conduct due diligence on new investment managers, evaluating their capabilities and potential for partnership.
  5. Act as a member of our investment committee, contributing to strategic decision-making and asset allocation.
  6. Prepare written content for various stakeholders, including investors, clients, and internal teams.
  7. Support the development of new investment products, working closely with our product design team to create innovative solutions.
  8. Travel to client meetings and industry events, representing ClearCompany and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. 6+ years of experience in the investments industry, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  4. Ideal candidate will have experience in presenting and a high level of written and verbal communication.
  5. Familiarity with asset consulting or investment specialist roles is highly desirable.
