Job Title: Experienced .Net Developer Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our team in the development of high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical design, development, and deployment of .NET / Azure cloud solutions. They should be able to drive multiple projects, collaborate with customers, and provide technical leadership to teams of software developers.

The successful candidate will have advanced proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and MVC, as well as expertise in Azure PaaS/IaaS, Microservices, Azure Data Factory, and DevOps.

The role will involve developing high-level designs for converting functional requirements into business processes, participating in discussions with customers to crystallize business requirements, and coordinating between business units within the organization. The candidate will also be responsible for managing daily activities of technical teams, providing mentoring and feedback to development teams, and reviewing pull requests, creating/maintaining Azure CI/CD pipelines, and ARM templates.
