Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

About the Role:
  • This is an opportunity to work on commercial projects and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • You will be part of a well-established, collaborative team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • As a Senior Java Developer, you will perform peer code reviews, actively participate in planning, backlog refinement, and user story estimation.
  • You will also be responsible for elaborating user stories into coding tasks, designing and developing software solutions within a self-organising and cross-functional agile team.
  • Mentorship and coaching of junior team members is also an important aspect of this role.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar professional role with expertise in Java v17, JavaScript (including VueJS), Unit Testing (JUnit with Complex Mocking), and Developing and utilising APIs (Jersey).
  • Familiarity with HTML5/CSS, Test Driven Development, and Behaviour driven development is also essential.
