Major Commercial Construction Project Leader

This is a rare and challenging opportunity to lead one of Sydney's most complex projects.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a major commercial project in Castle Hill. The project involves constructing a new second floor on top of an existing operational building, while also delivering 1,000sqm of road removal and a brand-new car park.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering structural-heavy commercial/industrial builds ($10M–$30M) and experience with complex extensions or live-site projects where planning and sequencing are key.
Australia-based candidates only - Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full working rights required.
- To take ownership of the program, budget, and procurement strategy.
- Lead the structural extension: RC frames, structural steel, slabs, services coordination, roofing and solar integration.
- Manage consultant and client relationships with confidence.
- Oversee subcontractors across both the new floor build and external civil packages (road removal, car park, drainage, services relocation).
- Drive HSEQ outcomes and ensure the project meets both program and quality expectations.
