We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Room Attendant. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service to our guests.
- Attend to guest requests and needs with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of rooms to maximize guest comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
To be successful in this role, you will have 1-2 years of experience within a housekeeping environment in a hotel or resort. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
You must also hold the appropriate work rights to work within Australia and possess a valid driver's license. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is required.
