Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Roller Operator to work on the new M12 Motorway between Cecil Hills & Badgerys Creek for an extended period.

This is a full-time and casual position, offering a competitive hourly rate.

About the Role:

  • Operating a Roller Machine
  • Assembling and erecting temporary fencing
  • Site preparation - flagging & clearing lines
  • Putting in posts
  • Electrical and excavator spotting
  • Repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting
  • On the tools - basic power and hand tools

Requirements:

  • White Card
  • Roller Operator Ticket, or willingness to obtain one
  • Own reliable transport (no public transport in the area)
  • 1-2 years civil labouring experience minimum
  • Reliability and hardworking attitude

Benefits:

  • $32.30 per hour Normal Time
  • $45.22 Time & a Half
  • $58.14 Double Time
  • $20.32 Travel Allowance per day
  • $18.00 Meal Allowance after 9.5 hours worked
  • All PPE supplied, shirts, jackets etc
